About Richard
Richard Taylor, Founder and CEO of ARK23 Ltd
Richard Taylor founded ARK23 Ltd in June 2023 after nearly 20 years in Operations, Facilities and Project Management. His decision to set up his own boutique consultancy was the result of leaving the corporate world with the desire to continue doing what he loved. With his own consultancy, Richard planned to fulfil his ambition of delivering timely projects that felt effortless to his clients.
Richard has extensive industry experience in leisure and hospitality and most recently worked with Virgin Active, the premium health club and brainchild of Mr Branson. In the 10 years that he was with the gym chain, Richard spent six as its Facilities Director, heading up the development of new clubs and higher profile builds. He developed a clean sheet on his projects too, never delivering late on a project or over budget.
As Founder and CEO of ARK23 Ltd, Richard leans on his skills in project management and ability to build strong relationships. He hopes to develop ARK23 Ltd into a high-growth, no-nonsense consultancy that keeps its customers happy and projects delivered on time.
