About us
Richard Taylor founded ARK23 Ltd in June 2023 after 20 years in Operations, Facilities and Project Management.
With extensive industry experience in leisure and hospitality, including big name brands like Virgin Active, his goal was to create a reliable consultancy to bring clarity, consistency and confidence to every stage of the construction process.
ARK23 leans on his skills in project management, expertise in complex project requirements and the ability to build strong relationships that sees work delivered on time and in budget.
